Frag out – with the TAG-67 from TAGInn
The next generation, pyrotechnical MilSim device repeating the look and the feel of the real legendary M67 hand grenade. That´s right, the TAGInn TAG-67 Grenade is the most authentic & realistic fully functional for airsoft/training use grenade that you can run to improve your tactical gameplay.
The TAG-67 is a game changer in those hectic situations when you need to pin down the enemy or just to frag em out – because you can! We got our hands on them recently and what can I say as: I love it.
But what makes the TAG-67 such a good product?
First: The TAG-67 fits all the standard pouches for M67 grenades as it´s a ~1:1 replica with almost the same dimensions. It´s mechanism is like on the real thing and it´s made from an extremely safe polyurethane material that can´t harm anyone that is proper equipped with needed safety gear!
The grenade itself is filled with 240 0.20g BBs. Apart from those other “airsoft grenades” out there, the space between the body and the BBs is filled with a bio gradable polymer material that reduces the shaking sound of the BBs 100% and also helps to increase the fragmentation radius to about 20 meters which is really great.
Once you removed the pull pin, always make sure you keep holding the safety spoon till you´re ready to frag someone out. After this one is released too, the grenade will go off after its 3,5 seconds timer. That´s enough time for you to get your gun up and back in the fight.
If you decide to not throwing it, just put the pull pin back inside and it´s safe again.
The possibility of accident detonation is extremely low, but it’s not right to exclude it at all. TAGInn can warrant your safety if the grenade will detonate in your hands if you use proper safety equipment.
The guys at TAGInn also put some attention to the outer surface to make this grenade look as realistic as possible which is an important point for those of you that do reenactment, battle display or military simulation. Due to the materials used (polyurethane and plastic); the color is slightly brighter as the real one.
As I mentioned before, the TAG-67 fits all the standard pouches for M67 grenades. I personally have two in use: The Direct Action Frag Grenade Pouch and the Tasmanian Tiger Grenade Pouch. Those work just fine for me, quality of both are on point and top notch. The Grenade is well stored/secured inside and won´t fall out but at the same time – quick access is guaranteed as well.
Small benefit the DA pouch offers: With its top opening it´s also able to hold the Russian type RGD-5 Grenades which TAGInn also offers for your Russian gear dudes out there under the name TAG-19.
Honestly, it would be a shame if they don´t as they´re Russians. #russiastrong
